Giant Book Covers

Each student used watercolors to create a giant book cover for the last book she read. This Friday, we will be talking with a class in Georgia about these projects (using Skype).

Hi I am one of the students that made a giant book cover and then wrote about it and now I am going to tell you about it. The most resent poster or Giant Book Cover is called " Spy Cat " and it is by Peg Kehret and it is really good. I think that his book is mainly about this kid named Bengie and how he gets kiddnapped then is forced to stay in a van and is driven to a stoege unit and then is forced to stay on the ground. Bengie is smart engough to take off one sock and then leave it in the van. Then he sneaks out and runs to a empty drieer and then hides inside it sone to descover that he is moved to a huge storege unit full of things that where stolen and then discovers that it is locked so he is traped hungry and tired and cramped from being in so long. Then finally is rescued and is taken home and requests a penutbutter and jelly sandwitch. The book is called Spy Cat because the cat pete helped to get Benjie back. To find out more please read the book " Spy Cat
" and you will like it.
