Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life . . .
After watching the video above (and/or reading the book review on the class novel page on my webpage), please read the first 2 chapters of Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life. ONLY THE FIRST TWO CHAPTERS!!!! I know it might be hard to stop (I did not want to either)
What do you think is in the box Jeremy received? If a mysterious box was suddenly delivered to you, what would it look like and who would it be from? You can be as creative as you want . . .

Today in Mrs.Edward's class we read a little bit of Jeremy Fink and the meaning of life.I thought it was really good.I told Mrs.Edwards that,that one short piece we read can tell you so much and you can just know more about the book with that first part because sometimes there isn't that part and you start the book and the first sentece might be pat,pat,pat don't ask me how my first day of school was!when you read that first sentece your like what did I miss?!It just helps the book to have that introduction like it did in the book we started today !I think that introdution really made the book better and that you should read Jeremy Fink and the meaning of life too!!!
Last night I read the first two chapters of this book and I think they are amasing but they could be better.
Chapter One
Chapter one was mainly about the auther introducing the main characters to us and telling us about the dad and how he was very cool and how he died and how it was a really sad day and now Mrs.Fink is a widow and she is a very lonly woman without her husbend and I think that it was preety sad when it happened. In the chapter Jermey talks about how he has one friend and that one friend is a girl and he says he doesn't like er but I think that he really does but he won't tell anyone becase he is afriad he'll get teasied and he because he and Lizzy look like they go together .
Chapter Two
In this chapter the two kids find a pagenge that is dilivered to Jerny's mom but they open it up because there coriosati and they want to see what is inside they pagege. Inside the pagege is a big box that goes to Jemy himself . It is from his father and the istructions say they have to wait tell Jeremy's thirteenth birthday before he can open it .
Do you wonder whats in the box ?
Do you think that they will open the box ?
Do you think that they can find the keys before his thirteenth birthday ?

Last night I read Jearmy Fink And The Meaning Of Life.I read chapter1 and chapter2 they were very good.I like when Jeremy and Lizzy got a box in the mail it said it was for Jeremy's mom but they still opened it.They tried to open it carefully so his mom wouldn't know they opened it.The box said "THE MEANING OF LIFE
FOR JEAREMY FINK TO OPEN ON HIS
13TH BIRTHDAY".Jearemy's mom never mentioned the box so they had no idea about the box!!!
Last night we read more of Jeremy Fink and the meaning of life and I thought it was really good.I still can't believe Lizzy stole that comic book!I really wanted to read on in the book but I couldn't.:(
Here's what has happend in the book so far:Preface(in the preface it told us about Jeremy and Lizzy and how they were like brother and sister,and they part ways live together in the day,and how Jeremy is about to turn 13.Chapter one and 2 were really good and I dont want to spoilit for you when you read it but you might find out tomorrow and don't forget to read ...JEREMY FINK AND THE MEANING OF LIFE !!!
I like this book so far because they are finding keys but there not the right keys.I think this book could be better but I like so far.I think it will get better as we read on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I like about Jeremy Fink and the meaning of life is that the auther describes the story so good.
she just makes you feel like your standing there when it happend !!!!! So far I like the book and I still think you should read the book!

I have read chapter five and I think that it is the funniest chapter of the five that I have already read . To me each chapter is or has a differentmeanin and each chater is cool in a away ... like...
Chapter One
mostly about-
I think that chapter one is based on how Jermey is a boy and how his father died and how he love candy and all that .
exciting when -
The chapter caught my eye when I herd that his best friend was a girl and he siad he didn't like her and at first I thought that he really liked her by secret and that I read and found out why he doesn't and likes her just as a best friend . The book said that Lizzy (the girl Jermy likes ) is a Tom-Boy and she is not really a girl to Jermy .
main idea-
The main idea of this chapter is how Lizzy and Jermy are friends and just introducing the whole book .
feel and act-
I think this chapter was happy because of how they told us about the whole book and how they exspained that Lizzy was friends with Jermy and dad died and all that and over all it was pretty happy !
Chapter Two
mostly about-
This chapter which is chapter two is mostly about how they diskovered the book I mean the box that was from there ather I mean Jermys father .
exciting when-
This chapter had afew exciting parts like when they lied to the post-office man and got the whole box all the way home and then another exciting part was when they saw what it said .
main idea-
Themain idea ofthis chapter was the fact that they found a box that was to Jermyand he had to open it on his sixteenth birthday .
fell and act-
I think this chapter was mainly scairy because they lied to the post-man and toke the box all the way home and then opened it even though it was to there mom and then the box inside was to Jermyfrom his dad and it said that Jermy should open it on his thirteenth birthday .
Well you will have to read again and I will tell you about the next three chapter but for now . Ta ta!

I read the next chapter which is chapter six and it was so funny . It was also scary because the last sentent said , " The secerity gurd was right behind them"!
