As a class, we have have chosen the author Sharon Creech to focus on right now. I have several of her books in my class library for you to check out to read. When you read one, please post a summary of that book (make sure you mention the title of the book you read). Hi!I Beonca with a capitial B has just with a capitail J finished readng "HEARTBEAT" and if I do say myself it was AWESOME!:)It was sort of like a whole bunch of pomes and sometimes the lines rhymed and I think that she really put her heart and soul into it and i think you should read it too AND READ IT SOON!!!
Beonca checked out the book Heartbeat one day and had it finished by the time she came back to my class the next day. I have also read Sharon Creech's books that fast a few times.

i am in the middle of reading a great book by sharon creech called
bloomibility. the caracters in the book @ this thime are the kiddnappers and dennie. she is my favorite author
Today I Beonca has gotten my very scattered brain together and have become very serious!>:(So... Anyways here's my summrary for Heartbeat!:Annie,Annie,Annie the main character is a runner a really good runner.She runs barefoot and norally my mom would have a cow if i did that and I mean literally!Her grandpa I inferd this)Most likely has alzheimers becuse like every day he looks at the picture of him as a boy and then he yells for Annie to come here and says annie who is that boy?He's staring at me tell him to stop staring at me and Annie goes Grandpa that boy is you!and he goes well can you take him off the wall?and then she goes well can i put him back on the wall?And the grandpa says no mabye tommorow.Also her mom is having a baby and she said that she has read the parenting books with her mom and watched videos of it with her mom so she knows what to expect.She has a friend named Max and he is a year older than her. She punches him and then she feels bad about it and then she gives him all of her savings and he buys his shoes that he needs for the team and Annie comes to the race for him but her mom's friend says come quick come quick your mom is having baby and Max thinks that she didn't even come or see him lose and when he holds baby it seems that he has hold babies even before he was born. You need to read the book since it is really good!!!!!
As I was saying yesterday before I had to stop there are still so many details I have to tell you such as the reason why there is a apple on the cover and how Annie feels about Max so let's get this over with!Annie feels as if Max is a strange boy and deeply serious and determined.Annie says that her mom says that she was running before she was even born.Annie's mom started to throw up and sleep alot and annie thought that she was going to shrivel up and die but nope she is having a baby and Annie asked if her mom thinks that somtimes there is a alien baby growing inside her and she says sometimes, yes.wow that is very crazy I thought when I read that part of the book.Annie thinks that Max is a moody max ...a very moody max and you want to know why because Max would laugh one minute aqnd scowl the next and then he'd pinch Annie and then kiss the mark he left.you want to know what else Max's father left him and then his grandpa dies nad he becomes... MOODY MAX!Then he starts to run harder and faster as if he could run out of his life and he thinks that Annie is spoiled Because she has two parents and a grandpa and Annie says mabye he's right.Sometimes when Annie dreams about the baby she dreams of her mom saying Oh a horse,that is not what I expected! and Annie thinks that they should keep her new baby horse brother because it was a nice little horse.Annie's grandpa forget that his daughter is having a baby and Also the reason that there is apple on the cover is that Annie has to draw that for 100 day then turn in all the drawings.But if I contiued I vwould run out of space so let me juswt right them last section in the book:Grandpa and Baby Joey are looking through my apple folder.Grandpa points out his favorites and baby gazes wisely as ifhe understands what he is seeing.Grandpa reeaches the ninty-ninth apple:A slim core eaten away a narrowindented column with a dignafied but bent stem and pale flesh browning at the edges.As grandpa turns the page to the one-hundredth apple I hear a small intake of breath .He takes the baby's finger andtogether they tracethe drawing:a small brown seed tear shaped and elegant both old and new silent and full of secerts.
